HN Group (legally HN Group Limited) is the parent company of the Horizon businesses: Horizon Network and Horizon Media Group. Horizon Development is part of Horizon Network, and Horizon Advertising is a subsidiary of Horizon Media Group that is managed by Horizon Network.[1] Together the companies cover what a modern business needs online: the infrastructure it runs on, the software it uses, the advertising that brings customers in and the media that tells its story.
The group describes its purpose as "building the digital infrastructure, products and media for tomorrow's businesses".[2]
Structure
HN Group brings together two businesses, Horizon Network and Horizon Media Group, each with a company beneath it:[3]

Horizon Advertising
Horizon Advertising has an unusual arrangement. It is a subsidiary of Horizon Media Group, but it is managed by Horizon Network, which runs it day to day alongside its digital infrastructure and Horizon Development. This is why the group's websites present Horizon Advertising among Horizon Network's services.

How the group works
HN Group describes its way of working as "shared people, shared systems, shared standards". Being one group means the companies work as one team, and a client of one Horizon business can draw on the skills of all of them.[4] The group sets out three principles:

Digital services and hosting from Horizon Network, monitored around the clock. Horizon Network is developing Horizon Hosting, offering VPS, dedicated servers and managed cloud.

Content and media from Horizon Media Group, the group's media arm.
Brand
The HN Group wordmark is a heavy logotype set above a stepped line of eight brand colours. Purple is the group's core accent colour, and the typeface used across the group is Plus Jakarta Sans.

Logos
HN Group and Horizon Network use wordmarks: the company name above the stepped colour stripe. Horizon Advertising, Horizon Development, Horizon Media Group and Horizon Holding Co use roundels: a thick ring containing the company's initials, shown alongside the company name. Horizon Advertising's roundel is lavender (#7B52C4); the others are indigo (#5514B4). Every logo has a white version for dark backgrounds, and the roundel companies also have an app icon.

Logos are used as supplied: they aren't recoloured, stretched, cropped or redrawn, and the regular version is used on light backgrounds with the white version on dark ones.
Careers
HN Group advertises open roles across all of its companies on the careers page of its website, where anyone can apply with a CV.[5] Because people work across the group, a role in one company can lead to opportunities in the others.
