Horizon Holding Co (legally Horizon Holding Co Limited) is the company that holds the assets of HN Group. It owns the group's domains, Discord servers and technical assets, and manages all of HN Group's email services.
It is a direct, wholly owned subsidiary of HN Group Limited, alongside Horizon Network (Horizon Network Limited) and Horizon Media Group (Horizon Media Group Limited).
Role
Horizon Holding Co keeps the things the whole group relies on in one place, separate from the companies that trade:
- Domains — the group's web and email domains
- Discord servers — the group's Discord communities
- Technical assets — the systems and other technical assets used across the group
- Email services — it manages email for HN Group and its companies
Its own domain is holding.hngroup.org.uk.
Staff and management
Horizon Holding Co has no staff of its own. It is managed directly by the staff of HN Group.

Brand
Like the other Horizon companies' logos, Horizon Holding Co's logo is a thick indigo ring containing its initials, alongside the company name. It is a separate logo from HN Group's: it is not a substitute for the HN Group wordmark.
